X-Spam header missing regardless of low sa_tag_level_deflt but scores present in logs

do not just add "." there, you expose private info to all remote 
domains, never help spammers to defeat spam filters ever

but now you know why headers was missing, then you can resolve it with a 
valid list of local domains where this info is welcommed :=)
