Best way to start amavisd-snmp-subagent?

Just answering myself here, I created a new new init script for debian
based only with the skeleton they provide, it works as expected, starting
the daemon and avoiding multiple instances and so on, I tested the script
in debian wheezy.
Anyone interested feel free to use it as you wish
