<div dir="ltr">Just answering myself here, I created a new new init script for debian based only with the skeleton they provide, it works as expected, starting the daemon and avoiding multiple instances and so on, I tested the script in debian wheezy.<div style>
Anyone interested feel free to use it as you wish</div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><br><div class="gmail_quote">2013/8/23 Joan <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:aseques@gmail.com" target="_blank">aseques@gmail.com</a>></span><br>

There is a script in fedora (<a href="http://code.ohloh.net/file?fid=fPw8j6HGxpLvGyThBh1BvTUGonE&cid=dXpT65_SoA8&s=&projSelected=true&fp=275947&mpundefined&projSelected=true#L0" target="_blank">http://code.ohloh.net/file?fid=fPw8j6HGxpLvGyThBh1BvTUGonE&cid=dXpT65_SoA8&s=&projSelected=true&fp=275947&mpundefined&projSelected=true#L0</a>) I've attached it too.</div>
