Undesired ban of text mail

Hi Nick,

we had a similar issue when we activated detection of executables based 
on "file" utility. Some UTF-8 plain text files containing greek text 
would be detected as executable ("PARIX executable" to be precise).

Try updating file utility to a recent version and it should fix the problem
