SQL changes

I am getting some odd results in my log files from sql policy banks.

The SQL instance is old, as in the it was implemented with a schema of about 4 years ago. Has it changed to the point where things like the "spam_quarantine_cutoff_level" 
Could be 100 but that Amavisd would think it was 0 (which from the log extract below is what is happening):

Jul 22 16:54:32 mailcleaner amavis[5182]: (05182-11) do_notify_and_quarantine: spam level exceeds quarantine cutoff level 0
