reload or restart after spamassassin/local.cf change?

Hi,

I often adjust scores in spamassassin config (spamassassin/local.cf and/or spamassassin/*.pre). 
How should I proceed so that amavisd takes this modification into account:
- reload?
- restart?
- just wait?

I'm not in the rush: new score can be active few minutes later, I don't mind.
