amavis 2.11 - Wide character in subroutine entry

Hello Guys,

After update amavis to 2.11 i noticed that few messages rejected by amavis
because of internal error.
This is an example
<http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=08934771676655120877> of
message (spam) which was rejected.

Here are the log records:

Please note that amavis 2.8 did not reject the same message because of
internal error.
There are some legitimate messages rejected because of the same issue.
So i think it is important to fix new sub safe_decode_mime.

My perl is v5.22.3, x86_64-linux on Gentoo.

Can some one look at this problem?
