wildcards in blacklist

Is it possible to use wildcards in the blacklist? Sometimes users want to block an entire top-level domain like *.ninja or *.us. I know I can do it with a SA rule but I don't want to do it server-wide. It's just for certain users that want that in their blacklist for some reason. We are using SQL by the way.
