Can not release email from SQL quarantine with new stable version 2.9.1

Thank you both! The bug in 2.9.1 of releasing from an SQL quarantine is
indeed in checking the mail_id-to-be-released against newly generated 
id,
instead of against parent_mail_id. Will be fixed in the next release.
