Missing header mail can't bounce, gets delivered unscanned

Last year when I was looking into DKIM I added 0.0.0.0/8 to @mynetworks
as per the instructions at
http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/amavisd-new-docs.html section "For
the impatient - signing from scratch".

I thought this might be the cause of this bad header mail getting
delivered unscanned.

However, after removing 0.0.0.0/8 from @mynetworks I get this:

RelayedInternal becomes RelayedInbound but the mail still gets delivered
without being passed through spamassassin first.
