Add Email Addresses to Safe-Senders List Automatically?

Thanks for the help, Noel Jones suggested the Pen Pal feature which seems to do what I am looking for. 

I just need to set up the SQL lookups, hope it is relatively easy...

ATM amavisd does not support such a feature.

You may be able to do so on your own if you create e.g. a policy service (if you use Postfix) that scans for recipients on the outbound side, checks if they are on the list and adds them to the list anytime they are not.
