Add Email Addresses to Safe-Senders List Automatically?

ATM amavisd does not support such a feature.

You may be able to do so on your own if you create e.g. a policy service (if
you use Postfix) that scans for recipients on the outbound side, checks if
they are on the list and adds them to the list anytime they are not.
