2.8 or 2.7? for a new install

thanks very much, I think I've avoided errors in following above, as it
now starts OK as per debug tail below

so, now that I have amavisd-new in /usr/sbin, I guess that now works like
the ubuntu specific amavisd, with benefit or 2.8 build

I'll re-enable postfix that I commented out, thanks again, much
appreciated, as always
