about two IP

Hello, my friend

My mail server have amavis,clamav,spamassassin with postfix in centos system
I have some problem, can you help me to fix it

My log file
Dec 19 17:51:46 mail amavis[5611]: (05611-05) Passed SPAMMY, [IP1] [IP2] <
user1 at example1.com> -> <user2 at example2.com>, Message-ID:......

and then this mail will be sent by my mail server
IP1 send mail via my mail server, My mail server permit it
IP1 is the ip of my client company
But my mail server do not permit IP2 to send mail
So,can you tell me what the log file means, and how can I do to fix it
