PHP script to release quarantined mails.

Hi

I would like to set up a web-page to view and release/delete
quarantined emails.  This is probably fairly simple, but my PHP skills
are not worth the paper you're reading this on and I wondered if
someone has already scripted something like this.  I already receive
an hourly email with the number of quarantined emails and the headers
(which is usually enough to determine if it should be deleted or
released), but it would be nice on receipt of that mail to go to a
page, click on the Quarantine-ID and see the headers and a
release/delete option.

Anyone have anything to share? :)  I did google, but I can imagine
this something several people have done for in-house use and never
released the source for.
