I have the same problem and thanks for your answer :
Redhat AS5.0 (with dags repo)
# yum --enablerepo=* update perl-NetAddr-IP
# rpm -qa | grep perl-NetAddr-IP
perl-NetAddr-IP-4.044-1.el5.rf
And so good
