Release of amavis version 2.12.0

Greetings,

I'm pleased to announce the release of amavis version 2.12.0.

This release fixes some of the most outstanding bugs and it introduces a new
feature to include rspamd as spam scanner into the amavis content filter
framework. Take a look at the RELEASE_NOTES for a list of changes.

For those on the amavis developer mailing list turn to
https://gitlab.com/amavis/amavis/-/tags to download the version tagged
"v2.12.0".

Once I've figured out how to upload/send the new release to amavis' website I
will also notify the amavis user mailing list subscribers.

Let me take a moment to thank everyone, who contributed code, concentration
and/or time to make this release happen. You did a great job!

There will be more work ahead. We plan to release more often in smaller steps
to continually improve amavis. So just in case you weren't able to get your
hands dirty this time – there will be another chance… ;-)
