Removing README.courier(-old)

As Ralph pointed out in his reply Courier requires a patch to work with
amavis. Does anyone know if that patch ever has been submitted upstream and if
it has been accepted? If not, I'd remove README.courier and the patch, since
Courier did not adopt it.
