Is there a way to get amavis to include this detail ?
I wonder if I still have a config issue ?

Maybe you have amavis set to allow spamassassin only to run
local tests? Try this:</div>
<div style="font-size:small" class="gmail_default">grep -Fr
'$sa_local_tests_only' /etc/amavis/conf.d</div>
<div style="font-size:small" class="gmail_default"><br>

a change you then need to reload or restart amavis.<br>
