I have it working after a fashion with:

['Bogofilter', '/usr/local/bin/bogofilter', '/usr/local/bin/bogofilter', 
'-e -p -u',
      [qr/^X-Bogosity: Spam, tests=bogofilter/],
      qr/^X-Bogosity: Spam, tests=bogofilter, score=(\d+)/,
      qr/^X-Bogosity: Ham, tests=bogofilter/,
      qr/^X-Bogosity: Unsure, tests=bogofilter, score=(\d+)/,
      qr/^X-Bogosity: Spam/,
      qr/^X-Bogosity: Ham/
    ],

but it still delivers emails with ***SPAM*** added to the subject and 
seems to miss a lot of spam.
