amavisd refuse to start after upgrade to perl 5.40

1. Is devel/p5-Time-HiRes installed or not?
2. Does it make a difference if the port is installed or not?
(I've installed security/amavisd-new (still 2.12.3) on FreeBSD
15-CURRENT with perl5.40.2 and I don't get this error when I simply
start amavisd.)
