Documentations for mailbox blacklist stored in PostgreSQL

Hello,

Could someone please be so kind and point me to a documentation on how to add e-mail/domain blacklist capabilities on a per recipient (mailbox) basis and which is stored within a PostgreSQL database?

Unfortunately I was not able to find any howto or official documentation how to do that. The configuration file itself is quite cryptic to understand without any working examples.
