banned files question

Hi,

as policy_banks don't work on a per recipient base (seems like) - is
there a change to set $warnbannedsender somehow via a custom map?
Something like:

@warnbannedsender_per_recipient_map = (
 'recipient at example.org' => '1',
  '.' => undef,
);

So if D_DISCARD is set in general no message is send to sender except if
origin mail goes to recipient at example.org and email contained banned
file ?
