Unable to load spamassassin

It is installed and runs fine when run by amavis:

$ time pyzor check < cv.eml
public.pyzor.org:24441  (200, 'OK')     65      0

real    0m0.331s
user    0m0.082s
sys     0m0.012s
$ whoami
amavis
$
But when put all together with amavis, sa, etc pyzor takes 10 minutes in 
each message. Since razor is still there I think is not a big deal.
