The Arch Linux package for amavis 2.12 was committed this morning. It is available via the Arch Linux Package Management now:

$ pacman -Ss amavisd-new
community/amavisd-new 2.12.0-2
    High-performance interface between mailer (MTA) and content checkers

Please not that the package name may change within the next days from 'amavisd-new' to 'amavis'. The maintainer will be working on it.
