Yes, thank you Matus, you are not alone, I missed this:
This server is in a cluster that was rebuilt after several severe storms 
recently here and apparently Spamassassin remnant configs remained in 
the Postfix master.cf after the rebuild massaging.
They were calling spamd separately, I removed those calls and the logs 
and headers appear more correct now:
example:

X-Spam-Status: No, score=0 required=4 tests=[BAYES_00=-1.9,
	HTML_MESSAGE=0.001, MISSING_MIMEOLE=1.899, RCVD_IN_DNSWL_NONE=-0.0001]
	autolearn=no autolearn_force=no
