How to insert a message in a body which attached file removed?

Hello, members.

When attached file removed if a message contains SPAM/Virus,
Is it possible to append a message in a body?
For example, "Attached contents removed."
If it possible, could you tell me how to do it?

* OS: CentOS7
* amavisd-new: 2.11.0-3.el7
