problem with amawis port

 I use FreeBsd 11,2 and I installed Postfix with Amavis. But with amawis I
have problem.  If i try command amavis debug I get:

if I stop amavis, netstat and sockstat are for 10024 empty. If I change
port 10024 in amavisd.conf to other (example 10028),
the error in debug is the same with new port number (10028). I  tried all
advices from google (in hosts block :::1, insert to amavid.conf
$inet_socket_bind = '127.0.0.1';)
but without any efect. I tried block amavis in rc.conf a started via
onestart- no change.

 Do you have any idea?
