How to set the spamassassin: autolearn_force=yes

Hello

I tuned our Spamassassin 4.3.1 Bayes system. In the virusmail directory
I find only spam mails with: autolearn_force=no. I couldn't find any 
configuration
parameter for autolearn_force. I do not understanding this value.
By the way: Bayes is working.
