problem with DKIM and big messages

maybe this is why amavisd have mail::dkim support so its not needed to 
let mail::spamassassin::plugins::dkim do dkim verify with limited body 
size, i have just not seen a config to reuse amavisd results on dkim in 
spamassassin

again problem is that amavisd should not limit content scanning that is 
lover then mta ehlo size

all else will fail
