Amavisd and Avira savapi

​Is SELinux enforcing?

# getenforce​

Please, show us "ls -lZ ​/var/tmp/.savapi3"

Creating the socket in /var/run/amavisd with the SELinux label
antivirus_var_run_t will probably fix your issue.
