Quarantine report

Hi, does anyone have a perl script or know of a program or application
that can be used to produce a report of all the messages in the
quarantine from cron or run manually?

I have the JSON logging enabled, so I thought it could search the logs
from the previous day for any quarantine entries, or directly from the
quarantine itself...

I'd like a report on the subject/date/sender/recipients for each
message. Other abilities like run on a per-user basis or in some fancy
HTML report would be nice as well.
