Amavis-new (and clamd) worked with Centos 7 and systemd out-of-the-box.
No special assistance needed. Firewall rules in firewall-cmd are easy
to do. No flames need apply.

I needed a couple pieces of SELinux rules for other services, like
Dovecot and Roundcubemail. Since I did those before Amavis, I can't
tell if amavis needs any SELinux help, but it is working for me with
SELinux enforcing.
Any needed SELinux rules would be ontopic. Enough said on the subject.
