Modifying subject for encrypted attachments

Hi,

We're using amavisd-new-2.11.0-4 on fedora23 and trying to combat the
encrypted Word attachments with macro viruses. Is there a way to
modify the subject to indicate it contains an encrypted attachment and
that the user should be careful when attempting to open it?
