amavisd-new with sql quarantine and emojis in e-mail subject

Hi

Recently i saw in the mail logs the following message:

amavis[893]: (00893-12) (!)WARN save_info_final: sql exec: err=1366, 
22007, DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Incorrect string value: 
'\134xF0\134x9F\134x8C\134xB7' for column 'subject' at row 1 at (eval 
98) line 172, <GEN19> line 2763.

I figured out that those e-mail has some sort of emoji in the subject, 
and amavis cannot store it in mysql.
Anyone else see the same or have already a fix?
