ERROR: parts_decode_ext FAILED: Can't call method "base_name" without a package or object reference

dear list,

once in a while (every two or three months) we get a stuck mail with this info:

  (host 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1] said: 451 4.5.0 Error in processing, id=01740-18, parts_decode_ext FAILED: Can't call method "base_name" without a package or object reference at (eval 144) line 383. (in reply to end of DATA command))

when investigating the mail - all seams "OK"

we are using amavisd-new version 2.11.0
but we had the same error with older versions as well.


in the mail-log this shows up:
