Bad permissions on journal

Just started getting this message when the following runs in cron:

test -e /usr/sbin/amavisd-new-cronjob && /usr/sbin/amavisd-new-cronjob
sa-sync

bayes: bad permissions on journal, can't read:
/var/lib/amavis/.spamassassin/bayes_journal

Can't ssh in right now to check but what should the permission and
ownership be?
