amavisd runs with user _amavisd
amavis daemon was disabled in /Applications/Server.app/Contents/ServerRoot/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.amavis.amavisd.plist
I enabled it in the XML file and startet the daemon /bin/launchclt start amavis
I don't know why it is disabled by default

A first test on port 10024 and 10025 shows amavis is up
