Amavisd_new Not handling spam

I did a anew installation on Freebsd 10 with Postfix and just realized that spam is not being handled


None of my messages have spam headers


The GUBE test message goes right through

The systems  does catch viruses


As I undrestand it these are the key parts of the amavisd.conf

# @bypass_virus_checks_maps = (1);  # controls running of anti-virus code
# @bypass_spam_checks_maps  = (1);  # controls running of anti-spam code
# $bypass_decode_parts = 1;         # controls running of decoders&dearchivers


$sa_tag_level_deflt  = -9999;  
$sa_tag2_level_deflt = 6.2;  
$sa_kill_level_deflt = 6.9;  
$sa_dsn_cutoff_level = 10;   


@local_domains_maps = ( [".$mydomain”,"me_domain.com"] );

$inet_socket_port = [10024,10026];


anu glaring errors or suggestion where too look next?
