Development and future of amavisd-new

Hi,

ich would like to use amavisd-new in an enterprise environemt, but i am not sure about the future and current state/development of the software. The last update was on 2014-10-26 and since then nothing. There were some bug fixes in the epel-repo this year and thats all.

Can anybody provide me some information, please.
