I had the following in my v341.pre file:

loadplugin /etc/mail/spamassassin/HitFreqsRuleTiming.pm

After putting it with the rest of the spamassassin plugins it now loads 
properly. However, it doesn't produce any output or even create the log 
files.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
