Hi
I tried to get penpals feature working correctly for in- and outbound
mails.
I have have two policy banks configured. One for external incoming and
one for submission.
$interface_policy{'10026'} = 'SUBMISSION';
$policy_bank{'SUBMISSION'} = {
originating => 1,
mynetworks_maps => [], # avoids loading MYNETS policy unnecessarily
os_fingerprint_method => undef,
allow_disclaimers => 1,
virus_admin_maps => ["virusalert\@$mydomain"],
spam_admin_maps => ["virusalert\@$mydomain"],
warnbadhsender => 1,
smtpd_discard_ehlo_keywords => ['8BITMIME'],
};
$interface_policy{'10024'} = 'EXT';
$policy_bank{'EXT'} = {
originating => 0,
log_level => 1,
allow_disclaimers => 1, # enables disclaimer insertion if available
virus_admin_maps => ["virusalert\@$mydomain"],
spam_admin_maps => ["virusalert\@$mydomain"],
warnbadhsender => 0,
smtpd_discard_ehlo_keywords => ['8BITMIME'],
terminate_dsn_on_notify_success => 0, # don't remove NOTIFY=SUCCESS
option
};
Test setting for penpals
----------
$penpals_bonus_score = 1.0;
$penpals_halflife = 7*24*60*60;
$penpals_threshold_low = undef; # 1.0
$penpals_threshold_high = undef;
-----------
I don't understand what sense it makes when i have to set "originating
=> 1" on the policy bank "EXT" to get penpals working.
As i understand "originating => 1" defines that the mail comes from
internal.
Can someone point me in the right direction.
Thanks
Jörg
