After migration spam passed that should be killed.

I'm in the process of migrating one of my servers onto new hardware and
I think I've missed something in the configuration file.

The old server was running Fedora 16 with Amavisd-new 2.6.6 - all from
Fedora rpm's. The back-end being SQL.

The new server is running Fedora 21 with 2.9.1 (again, all from Fedora
rpm's).

I've taken a straight copy of the SQL data onto the new server but for
amavisd.conf I've manually moved my changes from the old conf file to
the new one.

Mail looks to be being processed normally with the one exception that
spam which is scored at greater than the kill value is being passed
rather than killed (it's being quarantined correctly).

I can see the SQL read is working OK:

  amavis[20956]: (20956-06) header_edits_for_quar: <bounces at sender.uk>
-> <enquiries at recipient.uk>, Yes, score=10.995 tag=0 tag2=5 kill=10
tests=[BAYES_50=0.8, BOTNET=1, BOTNET_NORDNS=1, DCC_CHECK=1.1,
DIGEST_MULTIPLE=0.293, HTML_IMAGE_ONLY_32=0.001, HTML_MESSAGE=0.001,
LIST_PARTIAL=1, RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_51_100=0.5,
RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_E8_51_100=1.886, RAZOR2_CHECK=0.922, RDNS_NONE=0.793,
SPF_PASS=-0.001, URIBL_BLACK=1.7] autolearn=no autolearn_force=no

But the email is then passed:

amavis[20956]: (20956-06) Passed SPAM {RelayedTaggedInbound,Quarantined},...

(Detail log here: http://files.brighthead.uk/amavis-log.txt )

As I started out saying, I think I've just missed something in the
amavisd.conf file, but I need some help here as I could not find the
answer on the net.

Thanks

Alan
