A quick google search is your friend.
https://www.google.com/search?q=WARN%3A+rules%3A+failed+to+run+NO_DNS_FOR_FROM+RBL&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
And the second hit looks recent and promising.

HTH
I am getting the following warning in my mail log I have googled and can’t come to a conclusion whether it is a bug, minor issue or something nasty
Feb 27 09:08:13 tuna amavis[35783]: (35783-11) _WARN: Use of uninitialized value $ns in pattern match (m//) at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.16/Mail/SpamAssassin/DnsResolver.pm line 201.
Feb 27 09:08:13 tuna amavis[35783]: (35783-11) _WARN: rules: failed to run NO_DNS_FOR_FROM RBL test, skipping:\n\t(send: Cannot determine peer address at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.16/Mail/SpamAssassin
Mail appears to be working So do I just ignore?? I would prefer to deal with issue if possible
