greylist question

Hello,

I'm currently using a greylist lookup to boost some scores for certain 
domains that seem to get through with unusually low scores. My question 
is after adding an entry to the greylist, do I need to restart amavisd 
or does amavisd do a new lookup every time it checks the "from" in the 
header?
