Amavisd does not reject spammy emails

Reject if blacklisted ip when recipient exists, but tell the sending ip 
that the user is unknown

Discard is just accept and dev/null, so sender thinks this email exists and 
continue sending in hope it does help to fill dev null :)

What is less good is upto you
