Hi Rick,

There could be lots of different settings which can cause this.
Can you share some logs? Maybe you have some policy which overwrites the 
final_{spam|virus|banned}_destiny? Do you have spam_lovers_maps set up? 
Do you have your policy settings stored in MySQL and if so, what are they?
