Marked spam

Hi all, hope you can help me, I have amavisd-new with MySQL, all
messages marked as SPAM remain within the bd, it does work, but these
messages marked as spam also come to user inbox.

amavisd.conf

$virus_quarantine_method          = 'sql:';
$spam_quarantine_method           = 'sql:';
$banned_files_quarantine_
method   = 'sql:';

lines with these messages should be rejected and not reach the user's
inbox, if I'm wrong appreciate an explanation?

$final_virus_destiny      = D_DISCARD;
#$final_banned_destiny     = D_BOUNCE;
$final_spam_destiny       = D_DISCARD;
