Have you added additional rule sets to your Spamassassin? Are you
using the bayes mechanism in Spamassassin? Have you trained your
Spamassassin properly enough, if you are using bayes?
If it is feasable for you, you should take a look at Postscreen
(http://www.postfix.org/POSTSCREEN_README.html), which comes with
Postfix and is also a nice mechanism to get rid of more Spam.
If Postscreen is not for you, then you could take a look at Postfwd
instead (http://postfwd.org/).
