Upgrade from Squeeze to Wheezy

Hello!

I have a setup of amavisd-new servers setup by puppet, so they are
almost equal.

Ive now upgraded one of the servers to Wheezy, seemed to work find, but
I've found a problem:

Almost 10% of the mail isn't saved to msgs table, only to quarantine.
The Squeeze servers don't have this problem with the same amavisd-new.
(same config)

Have anyone experienced this?

I'm running amavisd-new 2.7.0

The question is, there is new perl and updated perl modules, is this the
cause of failure?
